Policy
♡ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and ship within 14 days of delivery.
♡ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

♡ Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
♡ Since precautions are taken to prevent bending and water damage, we are not responsible for mishandled items or lost or delayed packages.
♡ At the moment, we do not accept exchanges.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ?
♡ Unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect (this does not include USPS mishandling) or if you receive the wrong item, there are no exchanges or returns. Please contact us with any questions about your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?
♡ Once shipped (1-3 days) most domestic orders take anywhere in the US from 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
WHAT MAIL CARRIER IS USED ?
♡ To keep low costs the USPS is used.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US ?
♡ Not at the moment, but we are working on it !
how are items sent ?
♡ Stickers - sent in stamped envelopes.
♡ Prints - sent in padded envelopes with hard backing inside.
♡ Other Items - sent in the best protective form needed.
